Trainer Training Plan

Introduction
This plan focuses on empowering trainers with the tools and skills necessary to provide a distinguished e-learning experience, covering three core axes: Technology Use, E-Content Development, and Modern Teaching Skills.

First: Technology Use (15 training hours)

This axis aims to provide trainers with the basic concepts of technology and its educational applications, so that the trainer becomes able to:

  • Effective planning and design of technology-supported education.
  • Using technology to facilitate the evaluation and measurement process.
  • Using technology to develop their performance and continuous professional practice.
  • Accessing the platform and using intermediate systems in the educational process.
  • Ensuring possession of the necessary tools to deliver e-training efficiently.
  • The ability to technically handle scientific material, attendance systems, and tests.
  • Safe and responsible use of various technology resources.

Second: E-Content Development (15 training hours)

Trainers are trained on designing, developing, and publishing e-content for students, including:

  • Designing and developing e-content using computers and various applications.
  • Publishing and presenting content and providing multiple alternatives for learning resources and interactive media according to student needs.
  • Capability for Synchronous and Asynchronous training.
  • Professional use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS).

Third: Teaching Skills

Our trainers receive specialized training to acquire advanced teaching skills through three basic stages:

1. Technology Stage

  • Mastering basic computer skills.
  • Effectively using LMS and LCMS.
  • Employing social media platforms in academic and training environments.

2. Design Stage

  • Developing a complete and comprehensive description of the training material.
  • Mastering interactive e-content design skills.
  • Using appropriate e-learning tools for each scientific material.
  • Diversifying teaching methods and encouraging teamwork and searching for answers.
  • Designing the material according to the standards and requirements specified by the supervisor.
  • Updating content periodically while taking into account individual differences among trainees.

3. Administrative System Stage

  • Ensuring accurate tracking of electronic attendance.
  • Ensuring student interaction through their active involvement in the educational process.
  • Monitoring student achievement and the development of their understanding of the scientific material.
  • Continuous and fair evaluation according to clear criteria.
