Knowing that the quality of any work in the field of e-learning must be done perfectly and safely if it is supervised by a body chosen from the elite experts and specialists to ensure that the educational process proceeds in its correct path and according to the set standards. Therefore, “Mwaheb Platform”, in accordance with the systems and standards of the National Center for E-Learning, has dedicated a supervisory chain to perform this critical mission as follows:

Program Manager:

In charge of general supervision of the educational process, where all tasks performed by the team intersect, and from another angle, he possesses a comprehensive professional vision of the program's progress in all its dimensions.

E-Learning Management Specialist:

From the perspective of his specialization and the technical dimensions of his mission related to the learning platform, he is tasked with supervising training, guidance, and orientation for all parties involved in the educational process, communicating with them, providing appropriate support, and conducting follow-up and performance evaluation works.

E-Learning Coordinator:

Has the task of supervising the program's progress during delivery, monitoring any deviation from its set objectives, and informing the higher authority to intervene to ensure commitment to the educational goals.

Instructional Design Specialist:

Performs his role in supervising the quality of courses and ensuring their compatibility with the educational standards set in the organization's policy, and takes appropriate action to adjust the path of curricula and courses in light of the internal and external standards in effect.
