Key Roles and Positions

  • Program Manager: Responsible for accreditation applications, coordinating with relevant authorities, and reviewing academic materials for quality.
  • E-Learning Management Specialist: Responsible for training users, analyzing data, and improving online training strategies.
  • E-Learning Training Coordinator: Schedules classes, prepares the learning environment, and conducts technical checks.
  • Web Developer: Designs and builds the website, maintains the platform, and ensures security and standard compliance.
  • Instructional Designer: Transforms academic material into interactive modules and designs learning activities.
  • Technical Support Specialist: The front line for supporting trainers and trainees in technical matters like login or software issues.

Creates UI layouts, implements site updates, and manages back-end integrations and data backups using best software practices.

Technical Support
