- E-Learning Management Specialist: Responsible for training users, analyzing data, and improving online training strategies.
- E-Learning Training Coordinator: Schedules classes, prepares the learning environment, and conducts technical checks.
- Web Developer: Designs and builds the website, maintains the platform, and ensures security and standard compliance.
- Instructional Designer: Transforms academic material into interactive modules and designs learning activities.
- Technical Support Specialist: The front line for supporting trainers and trainees in technical matters like login or software issues.
