Guide to Basic Sections of Electronic Courses (Moodle)

What is Moodle?

Moodle is a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to manage online learning and support face-to-face education. It enables trainees to access courses, browse content, upload assignments, and view mid-term and final results.

How to Login:

  1. Login URL: https://next.ivorytraining.com/ar/login
  2. Use your National ID as the username.
  3. Default Password: Ivory@1234 (Must be changed after the first login).

Course Content Sections:

  • Courses & Training Bags: All registered materials are found on your dashboard.
  • Curricula & Support Files: Access summaries and presentations provided by your trainer.
  • Assignments Section: Submit your tasks here (PDF, PNG, or Jpeg formats preferred).
  • Bonus Section: Upload extra activities for additional marks.
  • Course Grades: View mid-term (out of 45) and final (out of 100) scores.
  • Private Messages: Communicate with trainers and the diploma administration.
  • Announcements: Check your registered email and notice icon for important updates.
  • Exams: Access mid-term and final exams using the password provided by your trainer.

Notice: We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer to ensure platform stability while uploading files or taking exams.
