Integrity Policy

This policy aims to clarify the importance of the commitment of all beneficiaries of Ivory Training services to integrity in the electronic and face-to-face training environment, and to clarify forms of integrity violation and the procedures and penalties taken by Ivory Training and Consulting when a violation occurs, as well as to reduce the occurrence of such violations.

Integrity Concept and Importance of Commitment:

Integrity is a fundamental requirement in all dealings within the entity, emphasizing the importance of honesty and trustworthiness for every individual in the electronic training environment, including trainers, trainees, and administrators.

It is an ethical system for trainers, trainees, and all employees in the entity that regulates their work and provides them with the principles and rules that govern their behavior. Integrity includes many topics, most importantly countering cheating in exams, plagiarism, submitting projects not produced by the trainee, manipulating results, bias, forging documents, or circumventing laws. Consequently, anything that violates the rights of others and contributes to providing misleading information or unoriginal projects is a violation of integrity.

Forms of Integrity Violation:

  • Cheating.
  • Identity theft.
  • Falsifying information in reports or signatures.
  • Obtaining or providing unauthorized assistance.
  • Exploitation of collaboration.

Procedures taken by Ivory Training and Consulting in case of Integrity Violation:

In case the trainee is caught cheating during the exam:

  • Write a detailed report of everything that happened with evidence attached if found and refer it to the relevant committee in the entity.
  • Report the violation progressively according to the trainee's behavior (failure in the subject, failure in all subjects of the semester .....) or as the entity deems appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the case.
  • Notify the trainee of the disciplinary action before implementation.

In case of plagiarism in academic work "Academic Theft":

  • Write a detailed report of everything that happened with evidence attached if found.
  • Report the violation progressively according to the trainee's behavior (deduction of year's work marks, deduction of academic work degree only).
  • Maintain confidentiality of the case.
  • Notify the trainee of the disciplinary action before implementation.

In case of identity theft:

  • Write a detailed report of everything that happened with evidence attached if found and refer it to the relevant committee in the entity.
  • Report the violation of the offending person according to the results of the report and it will be progressive according to the trainee's behavior (deprivation of entering the exam, deprivation of obtaining the certificate .....) or as the entity deems appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the case.
  • Notify the trainee of the disciplinary action before implementation.

This policy applies to all beneficiaries of Ivory Training and Consulting services, and we are committed to ensuring the implementation of this policy, as well as all employees in the entity, and any violation of this policy exposes the offender to disciplinary action according to the procedures followed at Ivory Training.
