Mwaheb Platform adopts precise and reliable mechanisms to verify the identity of the beneficiary to ensure the security of the training process and the credibility of the granted certificates. The process is carried out through two main steps:

Step One: Verification at Login

Logging into the platform is done by sending a temporary verification code (OTP) to the beneficiary's email or registered phone number. This is to ensure the beneficiary's ownership of the account and the validity of their contact information.

Step Two: Integration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)

The platform sends the verified beneficiary data to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties to match and verify the beneficiary's identity using the National ID number. This is to ensure that health training hours are added securely and accurately to the beneficiary's file in the Commission's systems.
