  • All electronic platforms, discussion forums, chat rooms, and the institute's internal email.

3. Basic Communication Principles:

  • Mutual Respect: Prohibition of any offensive language, harassment, or bullying of any participant.
  • Transparency and Professionalism: All discussions must be related to educational or training topics.
  • Privacy: Prohibition of posting personal data or private information about participants without their permission.
  • Responsibility: Each trainee is responsible for what they post or share on the platform.

4. Allowed Communication Channels:

  • Discussion forums dedicated to academic subjects.
  • Chat rooms within the official (Moodle) platform.
  • Internal institute email only.
