In light of the Mwaheb platform's dedication to providing the highest standards of quality in e-training, we pledge to adhere to the following standards and policies:

1. We pledge to ensure the freshness of the electronic content provided in the programs and to comply with national laws and policies.
2. We pledge to adhere to and promote the principles of intellectual property and copyright.
3. We pledge to use e-learning systems that support various types of devices across different operating systems, compatible with all devices including tablets and smartphones.
4. Providing an alert service within the learning management systems to continuously notify trainees of requirements, improving training continuity and monitoring tasks and assignments for programs lasting more than a month.
5. Providing a digital content search feature within the system for easy access to information.
6. Providing training and qualification courses and electronic guides for the programs used in e-training environments for trainees.
7. We pledge to provide technical and educational assistance to trainers and trainees throughout the duration of the training.
8. We pledge not to exceed the allowed number of trainees in synchronous virtual classrooms to ensure quality delivery.
9. We pledge to provide a technical infrastructure system capable of supporting high usage and all types of content without interruption.
10. We are committed to ensuring all trainers obtain standardized professional certificates in e-learning fields.
11. We are committed to ensuring technicians, administrators, and technical staff obtain specialized professional certificates in e-learning.
12. We are committed to ensuring the supervisory staff obtains leadership professional certificates in e-learning.
